Duties: Assist the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Student Development and the Assistant Athletic Director for Student Development in developing holistic, progressive programming for student-athletes in academics, leadership/character, mentoring, career development and service. Oversee and supervise the tutoring program, partner with campus constituents, plan and implement workshops. Work cooperatively with Student Development team to execute and deliver services in all facets of Student Development.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree preferred and 1 years to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Knowledge of NCAA rules & regulations. Ability to mentor/advise students. Knowledge of wellness programs.
