Professional development is important to NECC. Employees are encouraged to participate in the NECC Leadership Academy in addition to a variety of professional conferences and training workshops. All new hires receive CliftonStrengths assessments as part of the on-boarding process. Our Center for Professional Development offers a robust calendar of training opportunities, including access to LinkedIn Learning.

NECC serves students on two campuses located in the beautiful, historic Merrimack Valley region of northeast Massachusetts. We are  committed to the recruitment and retention of a diverse workforce that reflects the communities we serve.
