Saint John's University (Minn.)

Located in Central Minnesota, Saint John’s University is a 1,900-student residential national liberal arts college for men educating students in the Catholic, Benedictine tradition, along with a graduate school of theology for men and women. SJU has been cited as a “Best Value” college by Fiske, Barron’s, and Kiplinger’s, and is known particularly for its strengths in international education, with 20 of its own semester-long study abroad programs. SJU received the 2012 Senator Paul Simon Award for Comprehensive Internationalization for excellence in internationalization efforts as evidenced in practices, structures, philosophies and policies. SJU has a unique partnership with nearby College of Saint Benedict, a liberal arts college for women. The partnership expands the resources of both institutions.
