Purdue University Calumet is an academically comprehensive regional university and part of the internationally respected Purdue University system. The campus is located in the northwest Indiana City of Hammond, less than 25 miles southeast of downtown Chicago, near the shores of Lake Michigan. Purdue Calumet offers baccalaureate and master’s degrees in such Purdue academic strengths as engineering; technologies; natural, behavioral, and social sciences; the liberal arts; and professional programs of nursing, business, and education, and hospitality & tourism management.
