The William Penn University College for Working Adults (CWA) is accepting applications for the position of Division Chair for the Master of Business Leadership (MBL) program. The position is a 12 month administrative position with responsibility for management of the MBL graduate degree program, teaching specific courses as needed, and overseeing the curriculum to include program expansion and current course updates. This position reports to the Dean of the College for Working Adults and is also responsible for enforcing all University policies and procedures as well as coordination with CWA and main campus administration in implementing and refining policies and procedures specific to the MBL graduate program. Additionally, this position assists in support of the mission of the University as defined by the University President and the Board of Trustees.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Terminal degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or related field.
Experience: Three to five years experience in higher education administration and teaching at the graduate level. Administrative experience with graduate level program, publication in a refereed journal highly preferred. Experience with instruction of web-based courses and blended models of web-based course delivery preferred.

Customer-orientated attitude; excellent organizational and computer skills; self-motivated and goal oriented. Possesses the ability to facilitate teams and also work independently to meet deadlines. Detail oriented with excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Must have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and improve all aspects of educational, administrative, and interpersonal skills and techniques.
