This job expired 2 months ago.Major Duties: - Provides technical support for instructional computer laboratories, classrooms, faculty, and EUP staff. Serves as a technical consultant to faculty, staff, and students.
- Develops and delivers instructional and information technology training to faculty, students, and staff. Develops and maintains reference and support documentation for end-users.
- Makes recommendations and provides proactive solutions to leadership on technical needs.
- Provides on-demand instructional technology for regional locations. Guides student staff in supporting instructors and students at regional locations.
- Examines, suggests, plans, implements, and maintains hardware, software, and networks for regional location technical needs.
- Assists in monitoring and securing all information technology and physical assets in facilities, offices, labs, and classrooms.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, or other relevant field.
- Three years of related experience, including development and delivery of technical training.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends and on-call hours when necessary.
- The ability of frequent travel to regional sites.
- The ability to do some heavy lifting.
- Valid driver's license.
