P/T Secretary (Institutional Research and Planning)
The Institutional Research and Planning department seeks a P/T Secretary I who will maintain departmental files, records, mailing lists and other source documents in accordance with departmental procedures. The Secretary will compile and/or research data, process departmental forms and prepare reports for approval. S/he will also assist with the distribution and coordination of institutional surveys.
A High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of four years of experience where the primary function of the position was the performance of clerical functions, two years of which involved the use of word processing and other automated systems are required. Microsoft Office experience is highly preferred. No benefits, starts at $9.80/hour. Approximately 20 hours per week, schedule is flexible.
