Business Analyst - Professional Technologist 4.44

West Virginia University seeks a Business Analyst (Professional Technologist 4 #44) to lead teams of business analysts, developers, trainers and operational personnel in analysis of business processes and the development of technical solutions. We will rely on you to work with users to critically identify areas where changes are needed in business processes, and then monitor and document the impact of changes to current or planned solutions. You will also act as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams to find appropriate and versatile enterprise-level solutions.

The successful candidate will have a four-year degree in business, IT, finance or related field or equivalent work experience. You must also have five or more years of IT experience with supporting large business applications and within a business, accounting, grants, payroll, human resources or systems related field; two or more years of experience supervising functional or analytical professionals; and excellent organizational skills.
