Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs and Provost, the Assistant/Associate Provost for Accreditation and Assessment is responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive assessment plan supporting the Institute's mission and strategic initiatives. This includes the systematic collection and evaluation of longitudinal data to support Institute planning, departmental accreditation, and institutional re-accreditation. The Assistant/Associate Provost will contribute to the institutional effectiveness of academic outcomes, develop metrics and research that will support the Institute's strategic initiatives, and be the chief accreditation liaison.

Requirements: Master's degree with strong emphasis on assessment; 5 years relevant experience is required. Doctorate; 8 or more years relevant experience.Education and experience combined should provide knowledge of outcomes assessment of both student learning and institutional effectiveness; and of program- and institution-level accreditation in higher education, and especially of standards, policies and procedures of CHEA-recognized regional accreditors such as NEASC (and, ideally, of accrediting bodies in disciplines offered at Wentworth (ABET, ACCE, IACBE, NAAB, NASAD, IFMA, CIDA)).
