Upon the retirement of President Max Wingett after over three decades of exemplary service, the College seeks a strong, accomplished, and decisive leader who will help the community establish a new vision for the future that positions it to meet emerging challenges even in the face of limited resources. The new leader will be expected to be active, accessible, and capable of building relationships and partnerships internally and externally with all stakeholders to inspire positive change. The leader must possess creativity, imagination, and be forward thinking with respect to understanding, anticipating, and meeting the needs of the larger community.
