Job Duties: Develops menus for the Summer Field Program.
Develops special meals and programming for summer school students.
Works with the University community in planning and implementing special events.
Maintains a clean food service facility at all times.
Manages food service staff for quality and efficiency.
Takes and follows through with directions from supervisor.
Implements proper management controls.
Commits to long hours of work
Operates the dining hall on at least a break-even basis.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Serve Safe certified.
Valid Mississippi Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in food service or similar field
