Job Description To work as part of a team to conduct quality assurance reviews of Department of Social Services child welfare cases. This includes alternately serving as a team member and a team leader. This position is established in support of expanded research activities or projects.
Four (4) positions available Minimum Qualifications Master's degree and 3 years compliance monitoring, or quality assurance review experience or a bachelor's degree and 5 years compliance monitoring or quality assurance review experience.
Must have the ability to review and analyze case files to determine if policies and procedures were followed. Excellent grammar and writing skills required. Working knowledge of relevant computer software. Ability to stimulate and facilitate individuals and groups in the learning process, to plan and manage projects and self-directed work groups, direct and supervise staff when necessary, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external staff. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Counseling, English or related field preferred. Specialized knowledge in content areas of child welfare, community development, victim services, elder/adult services, school social work, vocational rehabilitation, adolescent issues, juvenile justice, public health, or disabilities and special needs also preferred.
