Job Description Provides assistance to the family courts and DSS by tracking child protection and TPR cases and expediting the legal processing of these cases. Assists with docket management, monitors cases, and resolves issues that cause delayed hearings. This position is located in Florence County. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree and three (3) years relevant program experience, or a bachelor's degree and five (5) years relevant program experience.
Must have working knowledge of state and federal laws relating to child welfare and familiarity with DSS policy and procedures. Must have excellent organization and communication skills. Must have valid South Carolina driver's license. Preferred Qualifications Strongly prefer experience in the South Carolina family court system. Prefer degree to be in a related field. Prefer experience in quality assurance programs and familiarity with the CFSR process and South Carolina's child welfare program improvement plan.
