Job Description Under supervision of the User Support Manager, provide primary computer support for Macintosh computers, and secondary PC support in the College of Arts and Sciences. This consists of application support and diagnosis/resolution of problems relating to connection of computers to the campus network and College servers; will provide additional support for the installation and setup of new computers, and the migration of existing computers. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years experience in office automation systems, data communications system design, installation, operation, repair, or processing of information in a data processing environment.; or high school diploma and 6 years experience in office automation systems, data communications system design, installation, operation, repair, or processing of information in a data processing environment.
Must have administrative support experience with Mac OS X. Preferred Qualifications Experience with imaging tools and remote access preferred.
