Job Description Develops and conducts legal training for Department of Social Services casework and legal staff using a targeted approach. This position will cover the following circuits: 3rd, 4th, 12th, and 15th. Minimum Qualifications Law degree, membership in S.C. Bar, and five years of experience as a practicing attorney in family court, including child protection proceedings. Preferred Qualifications Prefer training experience.
