Job Description The Office Manager will perform administrative duties for the Technology Commercialization Office to include: processing and recording license agreement payments, royalty distributions, invoices, etc.; updating/maintaining the TCO databases, metrics spreadsheets, reports, working files, etc.; tracking invention disclosures and agreements received and/or negotiated by the TCO; planning, coordinating and scheduling meetings as requested for TCO staff, to include regular staff meetings and other high-level meetings or events. The Office Manager will also be responsible for implementing new organizational strategies for current and future tracking of IP documents and data for tracking metrics. The Office Manager will need advanced knowledge of Excel/Access, Word, PowerPoint (or equivalent), Quickbooks (or equivalent), be comfortable with learning new databases, and have financial and statistical acumen to be applied toward advanced data analysis. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree and 2 years relevant experience in business, public administration or administrative services, or a bachelor's degree and 4 years relevant experience in business, public administration or administrative services; or equivalency.
