Duties Responsible for the operation and management of approximately 14 varsity sport programs. Supervises the head coaches of these programs and facilitates administration and support services for sport programs, including compliance, academic, medical, equipment, weight training, public relations, facilities, event management, athletic communications, annual giving, and development. Oversee and manage various administrative departments. Perform duties with limited supervision, reporting to the Director of Recreation and Intercollegiate Athletics. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree is required, Master's preferred. 5 - 7 successful years in program and personnel development and management in intercollegiate athletics. Administrative/Coaching experience on the Division I level highly desirable. Candidate must possess strong oral, written, and management skills, and the ability to multi-task. Familiarity with NCAA/Ivy League policies, procedures, and compliance issues. Ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays as schedule dictates, valid drivers license required.
