Duties This position reports to the IT Technical Director and acts as Assistant Director responsible for management of the SRFS Systems Group for development, support and maintenance of mission-critical SRFS administrative production systems. This person functions in a leadership role for SRFS systems, and participates in planning, decision-making, and project management, as well as serving as primary systems administrator to monitor performance, modifications, and upgrades to support high-volume processing across complex SRFS systems. This position manages a staff of 4-5 full-time Systems Analysts, who provide specialized technical support across the various SRFS production systems, and provides proactive oversight, as well as hands-on support, to ensure effective systems operation and availability. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in the field of Computer Science, with 4 years required experience, 7-10 years experience strongly preferred, in systems analysis and support for high-volume administrative production systems, including web-delivered services in a dynamic service-oriented environment.
