Duties
The Director of Global Support Services will direct the development and administration of a cross-
functional strategy and service delivery model to support the University’s international programs.
Reporting formally to the Vice President for Finance and Treasurer and the Vice Provost for Global
Initiatives this office will work closely and coordinate with the Global Initiatives portfolio. It will
provide a central function to support the administrative and business operations for the University’s
international programs, working in close alignment with administrative offices, schools and centers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; graduate/advanced degree preferred; Extensive experience with
international programs in education, business or government; working experience in higher education
preferred. Experience and expertise in establishment of offices or programs abroad; international
employment, benefits, payroll, taxes and regulatory compliance.
