Position Summary:
This position will serve as the director of the Human ES/Somatic Stem Cell Core Facility and will manage the day-to-day operation and direct all technical aspects related to its function. This will include managing student researchers, overseeing the ordering of compounds and equipment, managing inventory, as well as directing and conducting research experiments.
The successful candidate will design and conduct multi-step complex experiments and operate highly specialized instruments related to the collection of hESC as well as instruct others in data collection and use of instrumentation.

Education Requirements:
Minimum of a Master's degree in biological sciences. Experience in molecular biology preferred.

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years laboratory management experience which includes training in in vitro tissue cell culture and molecular biology. Sufficient experience to work independently in establishing new projects
