Position Summary:

The Economics Department of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill invites applications for the Henry Latané Distinguished Professorship in Economics. The position is open to distinguished scholars of all fields. The successful applicant will have a substantial publication record in highly ranked economics journals and will provide evidence of effective teaching and mentorship of graduate students. The Department is committed to increasing diversity and encourages applications from women and minority scholars. The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Education Requirements:

Ph.D. in Economics

Qualification and Experience:

The successful applicant must have a substantial publication record in highly ranked economics journals and provide evidence of effective teaching and mentorship of graduate students.
