Position Summary:
This position serves as the Head Diving Coach and is responsible for planning and conducting practice/competition activities for an NCAA Division I Diving program; player skill development and performance analysis; identifying & recruiting national level student-athletes; other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head Swim Coach. Integrity, leadership, and a thorough knowledge of the sport are required. Must have a strong commitment and ability to motivate, teach, counsel, and recruit academically qualified student-athletes.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications and Experience:
Experience coaching elite athletes on a nationally competitive level; knowledge of and commitment to NCAA rules and regulations. Must exhibit strong computer, administrative, organizational and interpersonal communications skills. Integrity, leadership, and a thorough knowledge of the sport are required.
