The Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Lowell is seeking an outstanding individual for an anticipated tenure-track position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level.
The candidate will contribute to our undergraduate and graduate teaching programs and enhance the diversity and excellence of the academic community through a combination of research, teaching and service.
The successful candidates will develop a strong externally funded research program with opportunity to participate with current faculty in the energy engineering program, the Massachusetts Biomanufacturing Center, and the Nanomanufacturing Center of Excellence.
Highly qualified candidates with an exceptional record of teaching and research, an established record of extramural funded research, and a demonstrated interest in collaborative research may be considered for a senior level appointment.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
-B.S. degree and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline (must have degrees at the time of application)
-The ability to work effectively with diverse groups
-Research interests in Clean Energy, Biomedical/Biological Engineering, or Systems Biology preferred
