Lead and manage the team responsible for the recruiting and yield efforts for what are currently five world-class masters of science programs. Responsible for managing all actions of the recruiting process ensuring a high-quality experience for all candidates beginning with the very top of the admissions funnel through matriculation; meet or exceed established enrollment targets of headcount and profile quality. Work closely with Executive Director and collaborate with individual program Academic Directors regarding programmatic and admissions concerns. Work cross-functionally with all Full- and Part-time MBA admissions personnel as needed for events, activities and general departmental support. Collaborate with school faculty and staff including Career Services, Student Services, Marketing Communications and Alumni Relations. Develop relationships with key undergraduate institutions, faculty, counselors and corporations domestically and internationally to create a pipeline of high-quality candidates. Represent the Smith School at various functions, activities and outreach events ensuring the highest quality representation and professionalism.
Masters degree required.
At least 8 years progressive professional experience in an academic or corporate environment
