Position Summary/Purpose of Position:
Provide coaching, recruiting, and administrative support to the Head Coach for Football in all aspects of an NCAA Division I-A football program which competes in a BCS Conference. This individual will work to maintain effective interaction with students, colleagues, university staff, alumni, media, and the general public.
Bachelor’s degree required. Must have successful collegiate or professional level coaching experience. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations to recruit off-campus is required. Proven integrity, leadership, and a thorough knowledge of college football is required. Candidate should possess a strong commitment and ability to motivate, teach, counsel, and recruit academically and athletically qualified student-athletes.
