Job Description: Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor Educational Administration & Policy College of Education Applications are invited for a Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor in the Educational Administration & Policy Program (EAP). The successful candidate is expected to begin as soon as possible. EAP offers master's and doctoral degrees to students interested in educational leadership careers in school, school districts and other educational serving agencies. This position is a 9 month, non-tenure track position with possible summer employment. Salary is negotiable, competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. For more information about the School of Human Development and Organizational Studies in Education, Program in Educational Leadership: http://education.ufl.edu/educational-leadership/ Responsibilities: Participate in scholarly activity, publications, research in the area of educational administration and policy studies Teach equivalence of 3 courses per semester in the educational administration & policy curriculum (including online courses) Supervise graduate student research and teaching. Consult and work with faculty and students in the area of educational leadership curriculum and teaching. Provide service to school districts, the university and profession. Participate in college/university wide service activities
Minimum Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: earned doctorate in educational administration/leadership or in a related field is preferred; teaching and administrative experience in PreK-12 settings; active involvement in professional organizations; record of success/excellence in instructional leadership; evidence and/or ability to develop and sustain a program of scholarship relative to educational leadership & policy; previous graduate level teaching and working with graduate students is preferred.
