Job Description:

The Department of Community Health and Family Medicine, seeks MD/DO, BC/BE physician to join at the tenure or non-tenure accruing level of Assistant/Associate Professor assigned to community-based family practice offices.
Major responsibilities include outpatient care, with opportunity for teaching and research, and limited administrative duties.
The position will report to the Medical Director of the Department of Community Health and Family Medicine at the University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville.
Salary is negotiable, with significant additional productivity incentives and strong benefits package.

Minimum Requirements:
Must be a MD or DO, and Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice Medicine.
