Additionally, this position develops, creates and maintains documentation and images; uses Active Directory objects and policies; trains other Desktop Support team members to provide technical support; and develops additional tools and resources for the IT team. *Note:* This is an essential services position. Minimum Qualifications: *Must be a current Colorado resident in order to apply.* *Minimum Qualifications:* One year of full-time equivalent experience in an IT support or IT functional area AND graduation from an accredited college or university with an associate's degree or higher. *Substitution:* Two years of IT experience will substitute for each year of required education. A bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree from an accredited college or university in a computer related field will substitute for the associate's degree and the year of experience.
