Posting Description: This position, in collaboration with the Department Chair and the Director of the CIMFM, will be responsible for all MFM activities in the Institute and at University Hospital, Colorado Children's Hospital and the Colorado Fetal Care Center. The MFM Fellowship Program provides training for two Fellows per year, in a three year program, for a total of six Fellows at any given time. This position is expected to provide leadership and be involved in the Fellowship program; working with the Fellowship Director to provide excellence in training and education. Clinically, the MFM Section has partnered with both University Hospital and Children's Hospital Colorado and is an integral part of the Colorado Institute for Maternal Fetal Health. (CIMFM) This position serves as a contributing member of the Clinical Executive Committee of the CIMFM along with leaders from the Colorado Fetal Care Center, Fetal Cardiology, Neonatology, Obstetrical Nursing, and Fetal and Neonatal Nursing.
Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must be Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine, a have attained the faculty rank of Associate or Full Professor. Applicants must have a leadership record in biomedical research, an academic medicine business skill set, and proven administrative and organizational abilities.
