Minimum Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution -Experience with planning events for 300+ attendees -Experience developing marketing materials, as well as working with design and marketing software such as In Design, Mail Chimp, and the Adobe Suite of tools -Experience working in a professional environment with senior executives and business clients -Strong computer skills/knowledge of database, design and communication software -Willingness to work a varying schedule, including nights and weekends
Required Competencies/Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: -Excellent writing, public speaking, interpersonal and organizational skills -Must possess creativity, initiative and flexibility -Ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues, students, alumni and corporate partners -Able to use a wide variety of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, blogging, LinkedIn and others for marketing and communication with student and mentor audiences
