Posting Description: The Department of English in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, University of Colorado Denver, seeks a lecturer in Rhetoric and Composition, Literature, or Creative Writing. The minimum requirements are an MA degree in the appropriate or related field and a demonstrable record of excellence in teaching (on campus and online preferable). The appointment begins in either the Fall or the Spring Academic Term. The position is part time and consists of one or two courses as enrollments determine. The downtown campus is located in the heart of the city's commercial, cultural and recreational district. Minimum Qualifications: Masters Degree in English Literature, Rhetoric Composition or Creative Writing.
Required Competencies/Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience in teaching.
Desired Qualifications: Experience teaching On-line courses and experience with other campus venues such as writing center jobs, tutoring jobs, etc., etc.
