Posting Description: Lecturers selected from this pool will teach classes in the Global Energy Management Program at the University of Colorado Denver Business School. Classes taught will generally be limited to three credit hours. The GEM program is a hybrid-online Master of Science (MS) degree program exclusively designed to develop future leaders in the energy industry. Lecturers will be required to teach for four days in person in Denver and then the remaining 9 weeks of the course online. All lecturers must adhere to GEM technology requirements and course design expectations.
Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must hold a master's or higher degree. Applicants must also demonstrate knowledge of and previous experience working within the energy industry. Substantive knowledge of course discipline and the energy industry with a demonstrated ability to bring a global perspective into the classroom.
Required Competencies/Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Desired Qualifications: Preference will be given to applicants with prior teaching experience, professional experience, and a record of professional practice in global energy organizations. Preference will also be given to applicants with 15 years experience working within the energy industry.
