The School of Government and Public Policy (SGPP) at the University of Arizona invites applications for a tenure track position at the Assistant Professor level in public policy beginning in Fall 2014. The successful candidate will have a PhD in public policy, political science, public management, or a related field with demonstrated skills in quantitative policy analysis and economics. The field is open, with a preference for environmental or sustainability policy.
SGPP seeks individuals who are able to work with diverse students and colleagues and who have experience with a variety of teaching methods and curricular perspectives. Candidates will contribute to teaching policy analysis courses in the School's new Masters of Public Policy (MPP) program. The successful candidate will show promise of a strong research and publication record as well as a record of effective teaching.
