Position: Clinical Assistant Professor and Executive Ed.D. Coordinator

Position Summary:
This position is a full-time 12 month appointment with 50% time teaching courses in the higher education administration program and 50% time responsibility for the overall management of the Higher Education Executive Ed.D. Program.

Faculty Responsibilities
•Teach courses in the higher education
administration program
•Serve on dissertation committees
•Services to the program and department

Executive Ed.D. Program Coordinator Responsibilities
•Provide overall program coordination
•Report directly to the AHE Program Coordinator
•Recommend strategic direction
•Oversee marketing, recruitment and enrollment
management
•Manage the admission process for Executive
students
•Liaise with the Graduate School, Continuing
Studies, and other university offices
•Supervise the delivery of student support
services to Executive students
•Supervise a full-time program specialist

Minimum and Preferred Qualifications
The University of Alabama Department of Educational Leadership, Policy, and Technology Studies invites applications for a non-tenure track assistant professor position. Successful candidates must hold a Doctorate degree in Higher Education or equivalent. Administrative and teaching experience in higher education is preferred.
