Dean of Workforce Development Programs

Works collaboratively with all campuses and academic divisions to create and implement workforce development curriculum and programs leading to an associate degree and/or certificate.

Master's Degree from an accredited institution (Doctorate preferred).

Experience in the development and administration of college credit, workforce development curriculum.

Knowledge of student learning outcomes assessment.

Demonstrated awareness and sensitivity to the diverse needs and backgrounds of community college students.

Successful experience identifying and securing external assistance and resources in support of academic programs.

Successful experience in the articulation and coordination of programs with other educational institutions and agencies, both public and private.

Effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Current knowledge and skills in using computer technology.
