The College of Liberal Arts & Social Sciences at Savannah State University, a senior unit of the University System of Georgia, invites applications for a tenure track position at the rank of Assistant Professor for a graduate faculty member in the Urban Studies and Planning program, with a start date of August, 2014. We are seeking an outstanding individual with expertise in historic preservation, transportation planning, environmental planning, economic development and/or urban design. Research interests in Africa and/or Latin America and AICP membership would be of value. Salary competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
