Manages instructional development processes, assisting faculty in the design of curriculum and instruction via adult learning principles, developing learning resources, and retooling face-to-face courses and course segments to electronic delivery methods. Must be committed to serving a diverse college community.

Distance Learning Instructional Designer (STEM): . For instructional design assignment in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) courses: Focuses on developing and moving current online courses and supporting materials for shared instruction in these areas; will also design hybrid online courses that utilize simulation and modeling for a high degree of interactivity.
Distance Learning Instructional Designer (SUN): GRANT FUNDED POSITION ENDING JUNE 2014. For instructional design assignment in the Skill Up Network (SUN): Working with the SUN Project Manager, creates and manages a website for the Skill Up Network (SUN) with a course seat bank for collaborative courses, professional development and collaboration for NM online instructors, quality matters tools and resources, and some student services.
