The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey is seeking to fill a tenure-track faculty position in the Bachelor of Science in Health Science (BSHS) Program. Position commences September 1, 2014.
Health Science majors are provided with a quality, contemporary, pre-health professional education that is underpinned by the Core Competencies of Inter professional (IP) Collaborative Practice. Health Science students receive faculty guidance in constructing a robust curriculum that will meet their individualized post-baccalaureate educational or career goals.
The successful candidate will have an earned doctorate (a Ph.D. or equivalent) from an accredited institution in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Public Health Administration, Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, or any discipline closely related to the programs within the School of Health Sciences; previous college/university teaching experience and clinical experience are preferred. Successful candidates will be strongly committed to IP collaboration in healthcare. Teaching, scholarship, and service responsibilities will be consistent with the college and school standards.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
