POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Assistant Director of Compliance helps the Corporate Director of Compliance ensure that Prospect Education and its campuses comply with state and federal regulations as well as accreditation standards. The Assistant Director of Compliance reports directly to the Corporate Director of Compliance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

All licensing and accrediting matters including:
•Program modifications
•IPEDS
•Campus Effectiveness Plans
•Campus and program renewals
•New program applications
•New campus applications
•Catalogs and enrollment agreements
•Internal compliance audits to ensure consistent compliance with state and federal regulation and accrediting standards

JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

•Master’s degree, Doctorate preferred.
•Experience in a position requiring regulatory compliance.
•Strong attention to detail.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with different positions within the Company and regulatory agencies.
•Title IV experience a plus, but not required.

COMPENSATION
•Salaried – Exempt position
•$65,000/yr. - $75,000/yr.
•Bonus Plan
•Compensation dependent on experience, knowledge and education level
