Job Summary:
Performs a variety of functions related to the preparation and serving of food.
Primary responsibility of the position involves preparing production items for
menus as assigned. Staff member must be capable of leading other production staff
that involves assigning, instructing and checking the work of others. Position
ensures that professional food preparation and storage are achieved and a clean
and sanitary work environment is maintained.
Required Qualifications:
-One year of experience in quantity or institutional food preparation and serving
OR equivalent education/experience.
-Ability to obtain valid WA State Food Handler’s permit within 30 days of
initial hire date.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Ability to obtain SERVSAFE Certification within 6 months of initial hire date
Salary Rang: $2068/month with periodic increases up to $2663/month
