Assistant Professor of Management

The Department of Business Administration at Springfield College invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor position. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching management courses in both the undergraduate and MBA programs.
Qualifications: An earned PhD or DBA in Management or a related field from a regionally accredited institution is required. Applications from candidates who are ABD will be considered. Of particular interest are candidates with expertise in healthcare management who possess either professional or teaching experience in this field. An interest in global business management also valued. Experience identifying and building internship relationships in the business community a plus. Evidence of teaching excellence required. The position requires the ability to develop and/or maintain an active research program leading to scholarly publications. Student advising and involvement in service activities both within and external to the College are expected. A willingness to instruct online course offerings is also desirable.
