Lindsey Wilson College is a dynamic (2,700 students) United Methodist college in South Central Kentucky. The college is thriving and yet has all the challenges and opportunities that beset most small liberal arts colleges.
The Vice President for Administration and Finance serves as a member of the President’s Executive Staff and the President’s Cabinet. Areas of responsibility include business and financial operations, computer center, investments, human resources, capital projects, physical plant operations, and auxiliary enterprises including food service and the college book store.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated significant experience and effectiveness in the above-mentioned areas; have strong leadership, human relations, and communications skills; and must become a willing advocate of the mission of the college. Master’s degree required and doctorate preferred.
