Position Title: Custodial Superintendent (Req. #0608344)
Position Description: Physical Plant. Oversee the operations of the Custodial Services Unit within the Division of the Physical Plant.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (additional experience may substitute for some of the education requirement); five or more years of related work experience; custodial supervisory and managerial experience and ability to provide direction for employees; effective communication (verbal and written), organizational, and human relations skills; proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Applications software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; ability to work well in a diverse environment; successful completion of background investigation.
Salary Range: Minimum $40,663 to Midpoint $50,839
