Provide overall direction in the design and delivery of programs that support the University's goals specifically in the areas of Human Resources Operations, Global Human Resources, Client Services and Talent Acquisition. Collaborate with other functional Human Resources leaders to deliver creative solutions and effective, efficient operations. Provide leadership and guidance to the Human Resources function by overseeing Human Resources Client Services, Human Resources Service Center and Talent Acquisition. Partner with the Chief Human Resources Officer in the execution of an integrated Human Resources transformation that improves performance across all dimensions of the Human Resources service delivery. Lead the design and implementation of the Human Resources Service Center that focuses on high quality customer service for all employees (faculty and staff). Translate strategic and tactical plans into Human Resources operational plans, providing a clear understanding of the Human Resources impact on other operational and financial decisions under consideration. Oversee the delivery of Human Resources consulting services for Schools and Departments specifically related to reorganizations, employee relations, performance management, labor relations and various strategic initiatives that support unit goals. Provide coaching, guidance and feedback on style and behavior to improve employee effectiveness and engagement. Assess work force development needs and develop and implement a plan to address future University needs specific to staff, succession planning, development of top performers, etc. Develop and implement practices and programs that support the University's strategic initiatives in order to maximize effectiveness and realize business goals. Assist the Human Resources Client Managers with the education of clients on various human resources topics and initiatives.




Experience Required:


Requires: B.A./B.S., Masters degree preferred. Demonstrated success in delivering Human Resources programs that support the organizations goals and in delivering quality client/customer-focused services. International recruiting experience preferred. Experience leveraging social networking tools, demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking and decision-making skills and good organizational skills with superior follow-through.Ten years of progressive responsibility in Human Resources preferably in a generalist role.
