Founded in 1851, Ripon College is a four-year, private, residential, liberal arts college with an enrollment approaching 1,000 students from 27 states and 16 foreign countries. Ripon is nationally recognized for its quality undergraduate education and maintains a Phi Beta Kappa chapter. It is a member of the Associated Colleges of the Midwest and competes in Division III athletics in the Midwest Conference. The Ripon focus is on its personal approach to education, its student-faculty relationships, its small classes, residential nature and liberal arts curriculum.

The College is seeking an experienced, accomplished, and enthusiastic enrollment professional to serve as Vice President and Dean for Admission and Financial Aid to:

-Help shape strategic enrollment goals in alignment with the College’s priorities, and create plans to achieve these goals;

-Execute those plans, lead, manage, and inspire the staff to achieve the stated goals and to contribute to the mission of the College;

-Provide counsel on enrollment programs to the President and serve as an active member of a senior administrative team that collaborates to establish and realize priorities for the College’s future;

-Engage faculty, senior leadership, staff, and students in the enrollment effort in appropriate and productive ways;

-Make data-informed decisions for allocating staff and financial resources to tactics for the achievement of enrollment goals;

-Strengthen the marketing activities of the division, including print, electronic, and social media, in collaboration with the College’s marketing office;

-Maintain fiscal responsibility and leadership for the strategic management of the financial assistance programs while advancing the College’s need for revenue growth; and

-Serve as an articulate and passionate spokesperson for Ripon College.

Required Qualifications: Senior management experience in successful enrollment programs with integrated admission and financial aid operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and evidence of advanced analytic capabilities and utilization of data for development of tactics required. Strong commitment to liberal arts. Experience in private higher education preferred.

Required Academic Qualifications: Post-baccalaureate degree.
