The Community Health Program Manager will manage all aspects of community outreach and patient engagement activities for the UC Irvine School & Early Intervention Program in the Division of Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrics and coordinate outreach specialists who will perform community outreach and engagement activities and services including Parent Education, Social Coaching, and Teacher Behavioral Consultation services offered in the community. The Community Health Program Manager will manage up to 30 cases and be responsible for implement the School & EIP curriculums with these cases and their parents. This individual will also be able to train student apprentices. The Community Health Program Manager will work with county and school leaders, community organizations and academic institutions to share information and build community awareness of and support for the School & EIP Community Programs and facilitate coordination with county agencies, and local community partners.
Salary:Annual $4,128.00 - $5,469.50
Work Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., M-F
