Under the supervision of the Centralized Tutoring Services Coordinator, the incumbent, hires, monitors and motivates peer tutors. Schedules and manages all tutorial sessions. In partnership with the Supplemental Instruction Specialist (SIS), evaluates peer tutor's performance and participates in program outreach. Responsible for tracking various operational metrics to aid in strategy and plans for future scheduling and hiring.
Salary: Annual $37,296
Work Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., M-F
