Blackburn College, a unique liberal arts college with a student-managed work program, seeks an exceptional and innovative professional for the position of Director of Athletics & Recreation. The successful candidate will be responsible for working from a student development perspective to lead coaches in building an exciting and innovative model for NCAA Division III athletics. Required: Master's degree, demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to NCAA Division III philosophy, successful experience with college student learning and development programming, and substantive knowledge and skills in planning, budget, and professional development and team building for all staff.
