What We’re Looking For:
The Accreditation and Regulation Specialist is responsible for the management of applications to various state regulatory commissions.

Key duties include but are not limited to:

Assisting with the research, collection of data, and application process for Authority to Operate for new 2U programs
Organizing and presenting application packets for Regulatory Authorities
Interfacing with 50+ state jurisdictions, University partners and internal stakeholders to provide annual reporting data, annual registrations, and compliance information
Arranging travel and lodging for visiting Certification teams to local campuses
Drafting state application information and responses
Assisting with other compliance initiatives and projects

Things That Should Be in Your Background

Bachelor’s degree required
Previous experience working with a University and/or federal, state or local regulatory authorities
Experience developing and sustaining collaborative relationships with multiple University administrative personnel and federal, state and local regulatory agency personnel
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, prioritize and complete complex concurrent projects
Experience interpreting or administering federal and state laws and regulations
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
