Assist the Associate Director of Operations with the management of the financial aid production processes, including mass packaging, to ensure compliance and promote the enrollment objectives of the University. Develop new code and modify existing reports to support the management of financial aid programs and external data requests. Work closely with the Associate Director of Operations in the evaluation, testing and implementation of yearly regulatory updates, patches and fixes and system modifications to ensure efficiency and compliance. Maintain Financial Aid automated phone system and website content.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
-An earned bachelor's degree
-Thorough knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations
-Professional experience in an automated financial aid office
-Functional and technical expertise with PeopleSoft Student Administration System or other student relational database systems
-Experience with MS Office
-Two to five years' financial aid experience
-The ability to work effectively with diverse groups
Other Considerations:
-Experience with Cognos and PS Query preferred
-Excellent interpersonal and public communications skills.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
-Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours as needed.
